    Very good

The bathroom was in need of some repairs and some mold starting. Otherwise it was clean

    Fabulous

We like the inner courtyard and hottub. Rooms are always comfortable. We do wish, however, that you had an elevator as it is very hard trucking luggage up 2 or 3 flights of stairs.

    Fabulous

    All was good,

Was right outside the waterpark, was a little noisy until it was closed for the evening. No big deal

    Fabulous

I have stayed at Esther's Inn on other occasions as well and I will continue to do so in the future. My grandchildren live in Prince George and they enjoy visiting me at the Inn.

My room #209 was above the office and near the entrance to the restaurant. The noise factor late in the evening and early in the morning interfered with my rest.

    Good

the price and location. The waterslid was closed on the Sunday of the long weekend, however the front desk staff allowed us to come back on the Monday after check out and use the slids at no charge.

It was a long weekend and the water slid was closed on the sunday and reopened on the Monday at 2.00pm. Most people had to check out on the monday at 11.00 am.

    Good

To be honest our schedule did not have us spending a lot of time at the hotel to fully experience all it had to offer. We did find the price was reasonable, the rooms were clean, the pools are fun for the kids, and the morning buffet was perfect for a quick breakfast that satisfied the taste buds of the whole crew. We discovered it was customer appreciation week during the time of our stay. The hotel provided us with additional perks including a discount on our food and our next stay at Esther's (this was a nice surprise).

We did experience a couple of undesirable moments while at the hotel. Late in the evening on our first night at the hotel I was dive bombed by a bat while I was walking in hall on my way to our room (yes that's right..... a real live bat, not a tropical bird as you would expect here). We reported this to the hotel desk clerk and they assured us they were aware of the problem. On the second night we returned to our room to find that the maid service did not ensure our door was latched closed when they left. Our room was left unsecured the entire day. We were fortunate that our property was untouched. You would think that we would have been accommodated for the potential risk to our property, or the unfortunate experience with the bats, but nothing was offered other than a desk clerk apology.

    Superb

Clean and quiet, indoor pool, sauna

Pools under Mainenace renovations, no elevator, no other enterance closer to room, or it wasn't explained by front desk attendant

  • 8.8
    Superb

The decor and location are the things I liked best.

The booking wasn't there when I arrived but they still had a room for us.

  • 8.8
    Superb

    Customer service was great.

Restaraunt didn't open till 8 on Sunday and I had to leave by then. Also I looked for a restaraunt menu in the room but did not find one.

  • 8.2
    Fabulous

The plants and the warm humid atmosphere.

  • 6.2
    Good

The hot tub, and the mirror on the wall next to the bed

They had no record of my reservation. The slides were closed

  • 6.6
    Good

Fair hotel at a fair price. It was clean the staff were friendly and cooperative and helpful.

The air conditioning didn't work but was fixed within an hour. Would have been nice if the resturaunt had a menu that wasn't so upscale and offered decent meals for family prices instead of fancy Vancouver resturant prices. Would rather eat at the Keg for that kind of money. So we ate outside the hotel.

The beds were uncomfortable, the hot tub was filthy. We were not greeted in a friendly manner. We booked a king room on Booked.net but ended up with 2 queens because the person with the codes apparently wasn't around. My sister and her husband found black mold in the shower of their room. I gave been stay at esters for many many years and prob won't be back
